Report a problem

If the app scores something the wrong way or something doesn’t work, open an issue in the tracker. To help us sort it out quickly, include:

  • your device and system — Android, iOS, Windows or Linux, and its version;
  • the app version;
  • what you did, what happened, and what you expected;
  • a screenshot, if you can.

The tracker is public: check whether someone has already reported the same thing.

Frequently asked questions

How do I install the app on Android?

Open your game’s page from the list of games and download its APK file under “Where to get it” — for Deberc that is deberc.apk. Open the downloaded file. If the phone asks, allow installing from this source — it is only needed for apps that don’t come from Google Play.

How do I install the app on Linux?

The package works on Debian, Ubuntu and their derivatives. Download your game’s DEB file from its page — for Deberc that is deberc.deb — open a terminal in the folder with the downloaded file and run:

sudo apt install ./deberc.deb

For another game, put the name of its file in place of deberc.deb. The game then appears among your apps.

How do I install the app on Windows?

It works on Windows 10 and 11. Download your game’s installer from its page — for Deberc that is deberc-setup.exe — run it and go through a few setup steps; no administrator rights are needed.

The installer isn’t signed yet, so Windows may warn about an unknown publisher. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”.

To play without installing, download the ZIP archive instead — deberc-windows.zip for Deberc — unpack it into any folder and run the game’s EXE file in it. To update, unpack the new archive over the old one; your saved game stays.

How do I update the app?

Download the file for your platform again and install it the same way as the first time: the new version replaces the old one and your saved game stays. The version the site offers is shown under the download buttons.

Where are my scores stored?

Only on your device. The app saves the game after every change, so if you close it, the home screen shows a “Continue previous →” button. When a game is finished, the saved game is cleared.

We can’t see your score and can’t recover it: if you uninstall the app, the game goes with it.

How do I change the rules?

Tap ⚙ and open “Rules”. The choices there follow the game: in Deberc, for example, you can turn off “Dealer must play”, choose how a tie is scored and who wins when both sides reach the target in the same deal, and add penalties for bait.

The rules apply to new games; a game in progress keeps the rules it started with.

Does it work offline?

Yes, completely. It needs no connection for the game or for the rules — they’re built into the app. Play wherever there is no signal.

I entered the wrong points — how do I fix it?

The ↶ button at the top takes back the last deal. To change any other deal, tap it in the list: it opens in the panel, where you can correct the declarations, the points or who won the bidding — or delete the deal. Totals, the dealer and the winner are worked out again.

If a game was ended by mistake, the win screen has an “↶ Undo the last round” button.

How do I switch the score to plain numbers — or back to sticks?

⚙ → “Score display” → “Display style”: “Circles and sticks” or “Regular numbers”.

How do I change the language?

⚙ → “Language”: Ukrainian, English, French, Bulgarian, Croatian, Dutch or Arabic. Until you choose one, the app speaks the device’s language if the game is commonly played in it, and English otherwise. Team names still at their defaults switch along with it.
